Andreas Rohland

Andreas Rohland grew up in Esslingen near Stuttgart.

He studied law at the University of Potsdam from 2011 to 2016, focusing on commercial, tax and environmental criminal law. From the beginning of his studies, he worked as a student assistant and later as a research assistant in a law firm in Berlin.

During his legal apprenticeship at the Berlin Superior Court of Justice, he worked, among others, for the Scientific Service of the German Bundestag, a law firm in Berlin specializing in the area of white-collar criminal law and a department of the Berlin Public Prosecutor’s Office for economic criminal law.

After his second state examination, he worked as a lawyer for a law firm in Berlin specializing in the area of white-collar criminal law. There, he advised clients in several “Cum/ex”-cases, assisted companies in internal investigations and successfully represented numerous clients, inter alia, in connection with offenses arising from the crisis of a company, e.g. insolvency and accounting offenses. Another focus of his practice is criminal labor law.

In 2022, he successfully participated in the specialist course for criminal law. Since February 2023 he has been a member of DANCKERT BÄRLEIN & PARTNER and became a Salary Partner in January 2024.
