Biography

Manuel Operhalsky was born in Berlin in 1984 and grew up there.

From 2004 to 2010, he studied law at Humboldt University in Berlin. During his studies, he worked for a non-profit organization, where he gained valuable experience in the nursing and medical fields, which are now among his main areas of expertise. During his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, he worked for various law firms specializing in criminal law.

He began his legal career at the law firm Danckert Spiller Richter Bärlein in Berlin at the beginning of 2013, immediately after completing his training. He has been a member of DANCKERT BÄRLEIN & PARTNER since January 2016, and a partner since January 2019. He has also held the title “Specialist Lawyer in Criminal Law” since 2016.
