Dr. Jakob Danckert
Jakob Danckert was born and raised in Berlin.
After completing his military service, he studied law at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder, at the University of Lausanne and at the Humboldt University in Berlin, where he completed his doctorate with a thesis on criminal procedure law.
He spent his internship at the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court. After this, he worked as an attorney in the English firm Simmons & Simmons in the area of white-collar criminal law, compliance and litigation.
Between 2012 and 2015, Jakob Danckert was a founding partner of the firm Danckert Spiller Richter Bärlein, working in the area of criminal law. He has been a partner at the firm DANCKERT BÄRLEIN & PARTNER since 2016.
