Simon Keßler

Simon Keßler was born in Tübingen in 1988 and grew up there.

After completing a voluntary social year at a contact point for addicts and homeless people in Amsterdam, he studied law at the Humboldt University Berlin and the Trinity College Dublin from 2008 to 2013.

He then worked as a research assistant at the law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in antitrust and state aid law. During his legal internship at the Berlin Superior Court of Justice from 2014 to 2016, his interest in criminal law increased, which is why he completed two stages of his legal apprenticeship with various Berlin defense lawyers.

After his second state state exam, he initially worked at the Berlin office of White & Case LLP in the area of white-collar crime / compliance / internal investigations. He joined DANCKERT BÄRLEIN & PARTNER in January 2018 and became a Partner in January 2023. In addition, he has been certified as a specialist lawyer for criminal law in 2022.
